1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
2. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date and has not notified us, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged.
- The booking for any additional nights will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone to our reservations team.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
- Any applicable bank fees or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain bookings, including special promotions or discounted rates, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5. Early Check-Out Policy
- Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date may be eligible for a partial refund for unused nights.
- However, this is subject to the room rate and availability and may include an early departure fee.
